Don't mention WATER.

I'm going for an ultrasound today (I'm PREGNANT... no no, I'm not), which requires you to drink incredible amounts of water, and then NOT go to the bathroom. Instead, I figured I would distract myself by talking a bit about the last few days...

I have been desperately trying to stop myself from spending money, (except for the occasional coffee) - for the next 3 weeks. The purpose of this is to preserve what money I have left, so that it may be used for the school year, and also to prove to myself that I AM NOT A CONSUMER WHORE!! (that felt good!) So far so good. My friends went out for Vietnamese food, while I stayed home and helped my mom do some cooking. Afterwards, they stopped by and we just chatted and the like.

Saturday, Meg and I headed out to visit Vicki in CP, for an overnight. We spent the entire weekend just talking, catching up, and doing some nice walks through the nearby marshlands...

(must... not... pee...)

Vicki's cuz is getting married in August - she's about my age, which seems young to me as none of my friends are even thinking of that stuff yet.

There isn't really much else new here - I have to get working on my report which is due before I leave in three weeks (to the day) for Scotland.
